Amy Powers is an award-winning expert Home Stager and Industry leader. Her passion is equipping and encouraging leaders and soon-to-be leaders to step outside their comfort zone. Amy believes a true leader understands the value of duplicating oneself and bringing leaders up that rally people together to accomplish more. “We are in this together, so let’s do it together!,” Amy says.

As the new SE Regional Director of IAHSP, Amy is dedicated to helping grow the Staging Industry in the Southeastern United States and reaching beyond that scope. She is very excited about the collaboration between IAHSP and HSRA too. Amy says, "It is time for expansion beyond a single-minded way of thinking to great minds working on elevating the Real Estate Staging Industry. We can achieve more when we are aligned in a unified vision."

Amy lives in North Metro-Atlanta with her husband and 3 children. She specializes in staging homes in Vacant, Investor properties and the residential short-term vacation rental market. Amy has been in the real estate staging industry since 2007.
